We are currently in search of a dedicated Project Co-Ordinator to become an integral part of our team, responsible for the oversight of all customer interactions and relationships. The perfect candidate will be deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service and equipped with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, as the Project Co-Ordinator, you will serve as the main liaison for our customers, managing every aspect of their project lifecycle. This includes conducting site visits for measurements, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback post-sale. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions to any concerns that may arise throughout the customer journey.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services provided.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and feedback after the sale.
  • Coordinate with sales and fitting team to understand customer needs and preferences, providing insights for product/service improvements.
  • Perform thorough room measurements and assessments to facilitate accurate installations, while also evaluating risk management and site accessibility for optimal safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee the uploading and maintenance of customer information and data in the company’s computer systems.
  • Resolve customer concerns, including scheduling and calling out to address any snags or issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer relations management, incorporating new strategies as appropriate to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a workshop in this industry would be highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with conducting measurements or assessments.
  • Skilled in the ability to interpret and understand CAD drawings with accuracy and precision.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience with handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in IT skills and customer database management systems.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Training will be provided.


  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Good standard of education including G.C.S.E Maths and English grade C Must demonstrate strong teamwork abilities.
